Shipping Methods And Rush Delivery Options

Shipments to addresses within the United States are sent by UPS or United States Postal Service First Class Mail depending on weight and usually take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipments including Canada and Mexico are sent by United States Postal Service Economy and usually take up to 21 business days to arrive. International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 10 to 14 days depending upon the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow for 4 to 5 weeks for delivery.

If you select Rush Delivery for shipments within the United States, it means that any in-stock catalog item will ship to you to arrive the second day after your order is processed and fulfilled. For most Rush Delivery orders, this means arrival on the third day after the order was placed. Rush Delivery is NOT available to PO Boxes. You may combine as many product lines as you like within an order.

Our various product lines do not always ship from the same warehouse. Therefore you may receive several shipments for a single order.

Processing an Order

Your order of in stock merchandise will generally arrive in 7 to 10 days, unless you have selected RUSH delivery. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

Your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. If you are paying via Paypal, the funds will be deducted from your Paypal account when you place your order. This is a Paypal policy.
